'Complex legal issues involving long term legal trademark precedence. Realize this is a much broader issue than just HarleySpace name. Realizing the full scope of all issues involving these type of trademark infringement cases would make this clear. This wasn't in anyway a personal issue against HarleySpace_even if it seems in someway like that.'
As H.D. states per this issue..
"Your use of our trademark in the above-identified manner is likely to cause confusion, mistake, or deception in the marketplace, in that consumers are likely to believe that your web site is somehow affiliated with, sponsored, or approved by Harley-Davidson, when this is not the case. Your actions are also likely to dilute the character of our famous trademark. Under the circumstances, it is our view that your conduct constitutes trademark infringement, unfair competition, and trademark dilution."

I could sell HD jewelry all day long, if I do it illegally. And if I get caught I lose my business. I tried to find a wholesaler when we started selling biker jewelry and you have to be a dealer or thru the Franklin Mint. It's really sad.
